## Directions

salt & pepper to taste  
butter toast rounds

## Ingredients

- 1 pound celeriac, peeled & julienned
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- ½ cup white wine
- ½ cup cream
- ¼ tsp. ground cumin
- salt & pepper to taste

Escargot Canapé

- 2 tbsp. butter 
- 1 shallot finely chopped
- 1 ½ tbsp. chopped parsley
- pinch thyme
- 12 Wild Burgundy Snails
