  • ½ cup white wine
  • ½ cup cream
  • ¼ tsp. ground cumin
  • salt & pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp. butter 
  • 1 shallot finely chopped
  • 1 ½ tbsp. chopped parsley
  • pinch thyme
  • 12 Wild Burgundy Snails
